2. Select Your Dream Board (July 1 - Aug 15)
This is the fun part! I’ll work with you one-on-one to choose the perfect model, size, and needed tweaks. Your final approval is needed by August 15th.
3. Sawdust Flying (Starting Mid-August)
With your final approval, I'll personally begin handcrafting your board to your exact specifications, right here in Revelstoke.
4. Get Ready to Ride (Guaranteed Ship Date: Nov 15)
We’ll have your board shipped out no later than November 15th, 2025—that's a guarantee. Our goal is to get it to you even earlier, in early October.
Full Refund if You Change Your Mind: You have a 10-day, no-questions-asked cooling-off period after you sign up. If you cancel within these 10 days, you'll get a 100% cash refund. Simple as that.
Our Delivery Guarantee: If we don't have your board shipped by November 15th, 2025, you are entitled to a full refund.
Our "Perfect Fit" Promise: If, after our collaborative design process, we can’t find a board that's a perfect fit for you, you will receive a 90% cash refund plus a 10% store credit.
Before production starts (Aug 15): You can cancel for a full store credit. 100% of the value of your payments will remain as store credit to be applied to any products at listed price when you choose to use it.
After production starts: We can offer store credit, minus a $100 processing fee. If you refer a buyer for that exact product with 15 days, you will be refunded in full.
Transferable: You can transfer your payment plan to a friend at any point. If after August 15th the transfer is for the board selected.

Shipping Costs: To keep things simple, shipping costs are handled at the end. Once your board is ready, we'll contact you to confirm the delivery details and add any applicable shipping fees to your final invoice.
Your Part: The magic of a custom board comes from teamwork. We just ask that you be responsive during the design phase so we can keep your build on schedule.
