• $100 fee for cancellation after production starts (August 15th)

Shipping Rate
Our current flat rate shipping for your region is: Flat Rate $40.00 CAD
However, you don't need to worry about this cost now. Once your board is ready, we will contact you to confirm your final delivery method (shipping, local pickup, or hand delivery) and add any applicable shipping costs to your final invoice.

Detailed Selection Process
Our payment plan is designed to give you early access to next season's boards while spreading the cost over 5 manageable payments. Here's exactly what to expect during our collaboration:
Phase 1: Initial Consultation (July 1-15)
By July 1st, you'll receive a comprehensive questionnaire covering your riding style, experience level, preferred terrain, current equipment, and any specific requirements. This isn't just about size - we'll dive deep into your riding preferences to ensure the perfect match. You'll have until July 15th to complete this questionnaire.
Phase 2: Expert Recommendation (July 16-31)
Trapper's designer/builder will analyze your responses and riding profile to recommend the ideal model from our 2025/26 lineup. We'll also suggest the optimal size and any width adjustments needed for your specific boot size and preferences. This is where Trapper's expertise really shines - matching riders with their perfect board.
Phase 3: Final Selection (August 1-15)
You'll receive our recommendations along with detailed explanations of why each specification was chosen. We'll give you time to review, ask questions, and request any adjustments. Once you digitally approve your final selection no later than August 15th, your board enters our production queue.
Payment Schedule
Your payment plan spreads the total cost across 5 equal installments:
- Deposit: Paid today to secure your spot
- Payments 4: Equal monthly installments, due the same day as your deposit of the following month
- You will receive an order payment request for each payment, well in advance and with reminders.
- You can pay ahead of schedule if you prefer
Delivery Timeline
Production begins in mid-August with delivery scheduled for October 2025. Early bird payment plan customers receive priority in our production queue, ensuring you're among the first to receive your boards when the season starts.

Yes! Before selection is finalized, you can transfer your full credit to anyone. After selection, the credit can still be transferred but will be tied to your selected product specifications. There are no transfer fees.

After your initial deposit, you'll receive automatic payment requests each month for 4 months. This spreads your total board cost over 5 equal payments. You can pay ahead of schedule if you prefer, or stick to the monthly schedule.
