You used to walk into a shop, talk to a rider who knew their stuff, and leave with the right board or at least a better understanding. The internet has stripped that away. At Trapper, we're bringing it back—but deeper. This is a 30-minute video call with the person who actually designs and builds your board. Not a sales pitch. A real conversation about your riding.

How It Works

$50 for 30 minutes. That $50 becomes permanent shop credit toward any Trapper snowboard or splitboard. It never expires.

If I determine we don't have a board that's right for you, I'll refund your session cost—no questions asked. This is about finding the right fit, not making a sale.

• Insight into the Trade-offs – Every board design involves compromises. We'll talk through what you gain and lose with different shapes, so you can make informed decisions based on your actual priorities—not just hype.

You'll leave this call with a deeper understanding of board design and the confidence to choose your next ride—whether it's from us or not. Our main goal is to help you get the experience you're looking for. If there's a fit in our lineup, great. If not, you'll still know exactly what to look for.

What We'll Cover

We don't just hand you a size chart. We dig into your Quiver History to find your perfect match:

• Rider Profile – Your experience, your terrain, the feeling you're chasing on snow.
• Quiver Analysis – The boards you've loved (and the ones you didn't). We'll compare design elements and the nerdy specs, and why those details matter to your riding.
• The Made-to-Order Advantage – Because we build in-house, we always adjust flex patterns, and we can discuss waist width adjustments if needed to match your height, weight, and boot size. Most brands can't do that.

2. Book – You'll get an email with a link to schedule a time that works for you.
3. Meet – We'll connect via Google Meet to talk shop and design your ride.
4. Credit – After our call, you'll receive a $50-off code to use whenever you're ready to order.
