Cancellation & Transfer Policy
• Full store credit available before production starts
• Transfer to friend available before/after selection
• $100 fee for cancellation after production starts
• 100% refund if we can't ship by November 15th (pre-Aug 30th orders only)
Shipping Rate
Our current flat rate shipping for your region is: Flat Rate $40.00 CAD
However, you don't need to worry about this cost now. Once your board is ready, we will contact you to confirm your final delivery method (shipping, local pickup, or hand delivery) and add any applicable shipping costs to your final invoice.

Detailed Selection Process
Our payment plan is designed to give you early access to next season's boards while spreading the cost over 5 manageable payments. Here's exactly what to expect during our collaboration:
Phase 1: Initial Consultation (Week 1)
After placing your order, you'll receive a comprehensive questionnaire covering your riding style, experience level, preferred terrain, current equipment, and any specific requirements. This isn't just about size - we'll dive deep into your riding preferences to ensure the perfect match.
Phase 2: Expert Recommendation
Once you complete that we can book a time for a video call, with the designer/builder. Together we'll finalize your size and model along with any adjustments needed for your specific boot size, weight, and preferences (such as width and flex). This is where Trapper's expertise really shines - matching riders with their perfect board.
Phase 3: Final Selection
You'll receive a summary of our conversation along with final recommendations to help you finalize your choice if we hadn’t already done so together. Once selection is confirmed, your board enters our production queue.
Payment Schedule
Your payment plan spreads the total cost across 4 equal installments:

Payments: 3 Equal monthly installments, due the same day as your deposit of the following month. Final payment required prior to delivery.

Delivery Timeline
We are already into our production season now and new orders up to August 30 include our ship date guarantee of November 15th.

You can cancel anytime before August 15th and receive 100% store credit. After August 15th (when production starts), you'll receive store credit minus a $100 processing fee. You can also transfer your spot to a friend at any time.

We'll send you a detailed questionnaire by July 1st to understand your riding style, preferences, and requirements. You'll have until July 15th to respond. Our experts will then work with you to select the perfect model, size, and any width adjustments. Final approval is needed by August 15th.

If we're unable to find suitable specifications during the selection process, you'll receive a 90% cash refund plus 10% store credit. We're confident in our ability to find the right fit, but this guarantee protects you just in case.

Your monthly payments stay the same regardless of final board selection. If your consultation results in a different tier (higher or lower cost), any price difference gets applied to your final payment. This keeps your monthly payments predictable while ensuring you pay the correct total for your selected board.

Your board will be delivered in October 2025, with a guarantee that we'll ship by November 15th, 2025. If we can't meet this deadline, you'll receive a 100% cash refund. Early bird customers get priority in the production queue.

Yes! Before selection is finalized, you can transfer your full credit to anyone. After selection, the credit can still be transferred but will be tied to your selected product specifications. There are no transfer fees.

After your initial deposit, you'll receive automatic payment requests each month for 4 months. This spreads your total board cost over 5 equal payments. You can pay ahead of schedule if you prefer, or stick to the monthly schedule.
